5-In-1 + H/A is formulated for grass hay/grain diets providing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and probiotics. Included in this comprehensive formula are ingredients to help support healthy joint function (glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, etc.). Adult Horses (900-1,100 lbs): Provide 1 scoop (56.7 g) twice daily during high level stress and/or working conditions. For lower maintenance level, provide ½ scoop (28.4 g) twice daily. Pellets.
